My extensive experience and expertise in the North Shore of Boston will benefit you whether you are looking to buy or sell a home in the area.  I have sold homes in the following neighborhoods, as well as some surrounding areas:  Medford, Somerville, Malden, Everett, Cambridge, Stoneham, Winchester, Woburn, Melrose, Reading, North Reading, Wilmington, Tewksbury, Billerica, Burlington, Andover and North Andover.  However, since I am a short sale and REO specialist, you can also expect to find me assisting clients in other neighborhoods at their request. Many of my clients are referrals from satisfied past customers.

Once I know what you want, I will work tirelessly to find the right home for you, because no one should have to compromise when it comes to such a huge purchase.  My experience with bank foreclosures and short sales are valuable tools throughout this process.  I know how to find a great deal, as well as which properties to avoid.  I do my homework, often calling listing realtors prior to showing a home and/or visiting City Hall to identify any potential issues with your home choice.  Additionally, I am proud to have earned the designation of Certified Buyers' Representative.

My expertise in the real estate market north of Boston and knowledge of many neighborhoods, spanning from areas like Medford and Somerville and as far north as North Andover, will help ensure that you get the best price for your property. My finely-tuned marketing program will make sure the right people see your home.  You can expect me to handle all the details from the moment you sign the listing contract to the closing.  And if you're buying and selling at the same time, I will work to coordinate that the sale and purchase occur on the same day, whenever possible.
